These Terms of Service govern your use of PikVee, including accounts, purchases, uploaded content, generated outputs, and moderation enforcement.

By accessing or using Pikvee Creative Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable Use
Your use of PikVee is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, account activity, orders, refunds, and payment behavior.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity performed through your account.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration or billing information.
- Keep your login credentials and access methods secure.
- Take responsibility for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own security failure.
Credits, Orders, and Payments
PikVee may offer credits, subscriptions, or other paid services. Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to additional checkout terms.
- You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for your order.
- Credits may be consumed when you submit eligible generation or editing tasks according to the product's pricing rules.
- Refund decisions depend on order state, remaining credit availability, fraud review, abuse review, and applicable law.
- We may block, reverse, or deny transactions associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, policy evasion, or other misuse.
User Content and Outputs
You retain rights in content you upload to the extent permitted by law, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, moderate, and deliver the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights required to upload reference images, prompts, and other submitted materials.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- We may review, block, fail, remove, or restrict content that violates our policies or creates legal or safety risk.
- Generated outputs may be influenced by third-party models and are provided without guarantees of uniqueness, fitness, or legal clearance for your intended use.
Third-Party Providers
PikVee depends on third-party providers for payments, hosting, authentication, analytics, moderation, and model execution. Availability and output quality may be affected by those providers.
- Model providers may reject prompts, return different output quality, or change capabilities over time.
- Payment providers may apply their own fraud checks, dispute handling, and compliance requirements.
- Hosting or storage outages may temporarily affect task processing, access, or downloads.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to PikVee when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to violations of these terms or our policies.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
PikVee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
