Pikvee Creative Labs Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what you may not do with PikVee, including prohibited content, attempts to bypass safeguards, and account or payment abuse.
Purpose
Pikvee Creative Labs exists to help users create and edit visual content responsibly. This policy sets baseline safety and integrity rules for all prompts, uploads, outputs, account actions, and commercial activity on the platform.
Illegal and Harmful Content
- Do not create, upload, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation content, or content involving minors in sexual contexts.
- Do not promote terrorism, extremist violence, graphic violence, or instructions for real-world harm.
- Do not target individuals or groups with hateful, abusive, or dehumanizing content.
- Do not use PikVee for scams, impersonation, identity deception, financial fraud, or other unlawful activity.
Platform and Safety Abuse
- Do not attempt to bypass moderation, prompt filters, payment controls, or technical safeguards.
- Do not automate abusive submission patterns, spam the service, or interfere with normal system operation.
- Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service in ways that exceed authorized use.
- Do not misuse accounts, credits, or promotional mechanisms for unauthorized resale or coordinated abuse.
Rights, Privacy, and Output Misuse
- Do not upload or generate content in ways that knowingly infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights.
- Do not expose private personal data, confidential materials, or sensitive information without proper authorization.
- Do not generate deceptive content intended to mislead users about real people, public events, or official sources.
- Do not use generated outputs in ways that violate law, platform rules, or downstream provider restrictions.
Enforcement
We may take action when we detect or reasonably suspect a violation of this policy or related legal, safety, fraud, or platform integrity requirements.
- Block or fail tasks before or after provider execution.
- Remove or restrict stored content, shared pages, or account features.
- Suspend or terminate accounts, purchases, or payment access.
- Deny refunds or reverse access where abuse, fraud, or policy evasion is involved.
